Provide accurate information. All memberships are subject to the Federation’s approval procedures.
This form does not automatically grant membership, honorary titles, statutory positions, ESG certification or commercial endorsement.
Organisational applications must be submitted by an authorised representative with supporting documents as required.
Only pressing Submit Application sends your data to the Federation and creates a private application record. Automatic email notifications are not yet enabled. Copying, printing and WhatsApp sharing do not create an online record. Obtain and read the Privacy Policy, constitution and membership rules from the Federation before confirming the declarations.

Part 6: Applicant Declarations

6.1 I / our organisation confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and complete. I / we understand that the Federation may cancel the application or membership if any information is false or misleading.
6.2 I / our organisation have read and agree to comply with the Federation’s constitution, member code, membership policies, activity rules and all relevant requirements, and support its mission and objectives.
6.3 I / our organisation understand that the Federation retains final authority to approve applications and may request additional information as needed.
6.4 If approved, I / our organisation undertake to actively participate in the Federation’s activities, support and promote sustainable development, and protect its reputation.

7.1 I / our organisation have read and agree to the Federation’s Privacy Policy. I / we understand that information will be collected, used, retained and processed in accordance with applicable laws, solely for Federation administration, membership services and related activity communications.
